Size chart rings
Place your ring on the circle
Step 1:
Choose a ring which fits to the same finger and hand as the ring you want to buy.
Step 2:
Print this page without scaling A4 - 100% and VERIFY with a ruler if the scale correspond with the above mentioned 2 cm !
Step 3:
Place this ring on the circles.
The circle must have the exact same diameter as the interior of your own ring.
The black circle needs to stay fully visible when you place your ring on the circles.
Tip:
Place the ring on one side nicely on the drawing so that the circle is clearly visible.
If you do not see the same thickness of the circle on the other side you do not have the right size.
If the circle has the same thickness everywhere you have the right size.
Please note that the style of the ring can affect the ring size!
If your ring is between two sizes, we advise you:
in case of a wider ring to size up … in case of a finer ring to size down.

TIP
A ring must sit comfortably.
It must be tight enough so that you do not lose it, but at the same time just loose enough to slide it over your finger.
Keep in mind that the finger may change slightly in size depending on the time of the day and the weather. To avoid a wrong measurement, it is better to measure the size
3 to 4 times at different times.

Size chart bracelets
How to measure your wrist size
To find your bracelet or bangle size you can measure it in different ways:
-
use a soft measuring tape and wrap it around your wrist, just above the wrist bone.
-
use a piece of string and measure that with a straight ruler to get your measurement.
-
choose one of your own that is almost similar in style and size that you want to buy.
How tight or loose you must fit the measuring tape around your arm depends on the type of bracelet you want to wear:
-
link bracelet: rather looser
-
open bangle: rather tighter
-
closed bangle: your hand can only just slide through the bangle.
Keep this in mind when measuring !
Attention! Print the pages without scaling A4 - 100%.
To verify if this page is printed correctly, use a ruler to measure the scale.
=> It should correspond with the dimensions or diameters indicated on the chart.
Place the similar model or the measured tape from your wrist size on the chart to see which
size you need.

Jewelry care
How do I take care of my jewelry?
There are many factors which have an influence on the condition of jewelry. Therefore, you should make sure that your jewelry is properly worn, cleaned and stored.
Always protect your jewelry as much as possible from knocks and scratches. For this reason, we do not recommend to wear jewelry when you are sleeping or participating in sporting activities.
Always protect your jewelry as much as possible from chemicals, as found in soaps, cleaning products and beauty products such as hair spray, perfume, deodorant, body lotion, etc. We recommend to put on your jewelry after you are fully dressed and have finished your hair and make-up.
Also, watch out for swimming pools and sea water. It can speed up the oxidizing process of silver jewelry (read the article “oxidation silver jewelry”). This applies only to the silver jewels, not to the golden ones. But still with your golden jewelry we strongly advise you not wearing them when you go swimming, you might lose them. Therefore, always remove your jewelry before entering water.
How do I store my jewelry?
We advise you to store your jewelry separately so that they do not get tangled up or scratch against each other. In order to avoid oxidation with your silver jewelry, please read the article “oxidation silver jewelry”.
How do I clean my jewelry?
For golden items, you can use warm soapy water and a soft toothbrush to remove any dirt.
To brighten up your silver pieces we recommend using a silver-clean product.
Always ensure you clean your item after silver dipping with warm water and blow dry with a hair dryer.
However, cleaning will not bring any originality back of the matt or shiny differences. We recommend that you have your jewel re-treated when the originality has disappeared between matte and shiny.

Oxidation silver
Why does silver oxidize and get black or green markings?
That silver jewelry that turns black or green is made of lower quality silver or is not silver at all is false and a myth. The oxidation of silver jewelry is a sign that it is real silver, other (precious) metals oxidize in a different way.
Possible explanations for why silver and what can you do about this?
-
Silver turns black because of hydrogen sulfide (sulphur), a substance suspended in the air. When it comes into contact with silver, a chemical reaction takes place and a black layer is formed.
-
Silver oxidizes faster in places with a lot of light and high humidity.
-
Contact with products such as cosmetics, hairspray, perfume, deodorant, body lotion, bleach, ... can also speed up the oxidation process.
-
In addition, the natural oils on the skin can also react to silver jewelry.
The extent to which the silver reacts with these substances on your skin is highly dependent on the type of food you eat, your alcohol consumption and/or you take medication. These things affect your skin's acidity, which can cause a reaction. Sweat (which contains ammonia) also increases the acidity of the skin and can affect the silver.
-
Do not store your silver jewelry in damp places such as the bathroom or kitchen.
-
Do not put on your silver jewelry until you have used makeup, perfume, hairspray or other beauty products.
-
Take off your silver jewelry when swimming, cleaning (cleaning products are very bad), when washing hands or if you come into contact with sea water (salt water).
-
do take off your silver jewelry if you perspire a lot, for example in case of a fever or intensive exercise.
-
Keep your silver jewelry in a closed bag that protects from air and keep it in a dark area.
