Order & payment

To place an order:

Once you have selected your favourite piece of jewelry, click on the ‘Add to cart ’ button.
When you have finished adding items to your shopping cart, select a payment method. After your payment has been confirmed through Mollie’s secure payment gateway, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.

When you have placed your order and the payment was completed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. As soon as we have dispatched your parcel, you will receive a shipping confirmation also by e-mail.

When you have placed an order, we immediately process and prepare your order for sending. Therefore, you are not able to make any changes or cancel your order.

Payment options:

We accept the following cards for purchases in our e-shop:
Paypal, Bancontact / Mister Cash, iDeal, Maestro, Mastercard ,Visa, American Express, ... 
Please note that we only accept cards issued in the country where you are visiting the website from.

We also accept ArteLocoFab-gift cards.

If your payment is declined, then you will be directed back to the payment page. Please select a different payment method or contact your bank with this information. Your order will only be prepared from the moment we receive your payment.

Payment will be taken from your credit or debit card as soon as you have placed your order. We accept foreign bank cards but payments are always effected in euro.

Certification

All the jewels will be sent with an ArteLocoFab-certification mentioning the name of the buyer or owner and a picture of the purchased jewel with a detailed explanation.
Separate certificate for some gemstones, GIA certificate for diamonds.

Gift-wrapped:

All purchases in the e-shop arrive in a beautiful ArteLocoFab jewelry box.

To receive an invoice:

Individuals receive the invoice together with the purchased jewel and via e-mail.
If you wish to receive an invoice in favour of your company, please check the box “send me an invoice for this order” at the bottom of the checkout page.

Delivery and return

Delivery:

If the payment is successful, we will ship your package.

The jewels will be sent safely with Track & Trace, mainly by DPD, DHL, bpost, PostNL, UPS, GLS, TNT.

Delivery time is from 2 weeks to a maximum of 6 weeks.
 

We aim to deliver your order within the number of weeks listed below for your country or region.

Belgium, Netherlands – orders are delivered within 2-4 weeks.
Rest of Europe - Orders are delivered within 2-6 weeks.
Worldwide - orders are delivered within 2-6 weeks.

 

Shipping costs :
Europe 15 euros, outside Europe 30 euros.

Free worldwide shipping on orders from 299.00 euros.

If for any reason the delivery time cannot be respected, we will notify you in good time by e-mail.

Return:

If you want to return a jewel, please fill out the return form that you can find on the website. You have 30 calendar days to return your purchase from the date of delivery.

You return the goods to the following address:

After delivery, you have the right to open the package and check your purchase. You can return if:
- the jewel does not match what you ordered
- the jewel has obvious defects
- the jewel is damaged during shipping

 

The jewels must be returned unused, in the original packaging and if present with the paper security label still attached to the jewel. If the return does not comply with these terms, we will not exchange or refund your purchase. 

If we have received the return in good condition, we will send you the correct order. If redemption is no longer possible, we will refund the full amount, including return costs, to the payment method originally selected by you.

 

ArteLocoFab commits to refund your purchase within 30 days


Please note that the customer bears all return shipping costs. You can choose your own shipping method for the return. 
If you are returning the goods using your local post office, we recommend that you send the package by registered post – insured for its full value. 
We strongly recommend that you return your purchase using a shipping service with tracking option as you are responsible for the package until it reaches us. ArteLocoFab will only refund the costs of the return shipment if it is received properly.


Gift vouchers cannot be canceled or returned and cannot be exchanged for cash or other payments, even in part.

Warranty and repairs

ArteLocoFab grants you a warranty covering hidden manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of purchase.

The warranty only covers damages not caused by accident, improper use, and normal wear and tear.

 

Provide us with your order number, clear images of the suspected fault and a brief description of the claim.
Please await our reply before returning the damaged jewelry.

 

Repair service:

 

After the 12 months warranty period our repair service can take care of your jewelry at a cost, which will be communicated to you upon inspection of the defected jewelry.

The cost of the repair will be communicated to you upon inspection of the defected jewelry.
We always need your confirmation prior to any repairs being undertaken by us.
