2. Product information and prices
All our prices are in Euros and include VAT. We put a lot of effort and attention in the correct display of prices, models, types, measures, colours, …
However, if mistakes were made, we have the right not to deliver these articles.
In this case, you will receive a message and the correct information.
3. Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the order details.
4. Shipping
If the payment is successful, we ship your package.
The jewels are safely sent with Track & Trace by mainly DPD, bpost, PostNL, UPS, GLS, TNT.
Delivery period is from 2 weeks to a maximum of 6 weeks.
We aim to deliver your order within the number of weeks shown for your country or region below.
Belgium, Netherlands – orders will be delivered within 2-4 weeks.
Rest of Europe – orders will be delivered within 2-6 weeks.
World – orders will be delivered within 2-6 weeks.
Shipping costs:
Europe 15 euro, outside Europe 30 euro.
Free worldwide shipping on orders over 299.00 euros.
If we cannot respect the delivery time for any reason an e-mail will be sent on time.
5. Returns
After delivery, you have the right to open the package and check your purchase.
However, goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging and with the paper security label still attached to the jewel if it was present when unpacking.
If the return doesn’t match with these terms, we will not exchange or refund your purchase.
If you want to return a jewel, please fill out the return form.
You have 30 calendar days to return your purchase from the date of receiving.
Only orders with clear deviation or damage within the shipping can be returned.
If we receive the goods in perfect condition, we will send you an e-voucher or refund its full value (shipping costs excl., unless the return is due to a wrong delivery) through the payment method that you originally selected.
Please note that ArteLocoFab commits to refund your purchase within 30 days.
